Quarantine Brain

Quarantine Brain

This week on Apocalypse…Now? we’re taking a break from talking to people about the end of the world. Turns out, living during the Apocalypse is stressful. We’re all feeling some form of quarantine brain, and I’m sure the last thing you want to hear about is COVID-19. So, this episode is a special solocast designed to help you tackle your next week in quarantine.

I will be taking you through a guided meditation that I wrote to help you deal with your social distancing stress. I also explore some of the positives that are coming out of our pandemic lockdown. Enjoy.

There’s still time to win a FREE shaker of WannaRub. We’ve extended the giveaway until this we are out of quarantine. Leave us a 5-star review on Apple Podcasts, Stitcher, or Spotify (that’s three ways to win!) and leave your email in your review so we can contact you. We will pick the winners once we’re all allowed to socialize again. Make sure to leave a review and subscribe to the show on your favorite podcast platform.

Feel free to send your Apocalypse frustrations to [email protected] or call and leave us a voicemail at 920-474-6763.
